Billing Policy

• All reservations are billed to clients’ credit cards or corporate accounts.
• Tres rapid Black Car Service accepts all major credit cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
• A 20% gratuity, 10% fuel charge, and administrative fees will be applied to all rides.
• Gratuity is calculated based on the base fare, wait time, additional stops, and any holiday surcharges, all of which will be itemized on the billing statement.
• Rates are subject to change without notice and are calculated in local currency but billed in U.S. dollars.
• Applicable taxes will be charged as required.
• Chauffeurs are prohibited from soliciting gratuities.
• We require a credit card authorization form or imprint to prevent fraudulent activity.

Additional Charges

Additional charges such as tolls, parking, meet-and-greet fees, airport fees, early/late pick up fees, and other surcharges will be itemized on the billing statement if applicable. These cannot be included in the initial fare estimate.

Airport and Train Station Arrivals

• Domestic Flights: Chauffeur will meet you at the luggage carousel (where permitted).
• International Flights: Chauffeur will meet you outside customs.
• Curbside Pickup: Upon arrival, call (800) 667-0699 to meet your chauffeur.
• A 45-minute grace period is given for domestic flights, and a 1-hour grace period for international flights. After that, waiting time charges will apply.
• If you cannot locate your chauffeur, contact our 24-hour dispatch at (800) 667-0699. Failure to contact us will result in a “No Show” charge, billed in full.

Waiting Time and Stops

• For standard pickups, a 10-minute grace period is provided before wait time charges apply, billed in 15-minute increments.
• Stops requested en route during point-to-point reservations will incur a charge of $20-$30 per stop, with a 10-minute maximum per stop.

Hourly Services

• Sedan reservations are billed in 30-minute increments with a 3-hour minimum in metropolitan areas.
• Other vehicle reservations follow specific terms and conditions.
• Time-based reservations may include a positioning charge for travel to and from the pickup and drop-off points.

Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made by phone or email. Emailed cancellations are valid once confirmed by Tres rapid Black Car Service.
• Sedans: Cancellations must be made 3 hours before the scheduled time.
• SUVs/Vans: Cancellations must be made 6 hours before the scheduled time.
• Party Buses/Minibuses: A 72-hour notice is required. Late cancellations will incur full charges.

No Shows

• A “No Show” fee equivalent to the fare, gratuity, and wait time will apply if the client does not show up at the arranged pickup location.
• If you are having trouble finding your chauffeur, please call (800) 667-0699. Failure to do so before leaving will result in a “No Show” charge.

Damage and Cleaning Fees

• The client is responsible for any damages caused by their party during the reservation period.

• A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged if excessive cleaning is required, including for any illness in the vehicle.

General Liability and Client Conduct

• Smoking, illegal drugs, and alcohol (in minibuses) are prohibited in all vehicles.
• Chauffeurs have the right to terminate services without refund in cases of misconduct.
• Tres rapid Black Car Service is not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond its control, such as
  weather, traffic, or road conditions.
• Passengers are responsible for ensuring all personal belongings are removed at the end of the trip.
